The staff here is friendly and the breakfast offers delicious pastries, allergy-friendly options, and excellent coffee with a warm check-in service.

There were satisfactory breakfasts with really delicious pastries and many gluten free, for instance and the location was marvellous and absolutely perfect! Location: the hotel was close enough to Very close to main government buildings, the historic centre, and a very nice restaurant. Also, the accommodation was near Forte Busa Verle.

Clean and ideal place, has particularly nice views of the mountains surrounding the area. The location is particularly good, not very far from Palazzo Pretorio. The hotel is in the peaceful zone.

The room I stayed in was clean and had a lovely balcony, as well as an effective AC unit and beautiful decor, and I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere.

Large room, large beathroom.

Although the hotel website says all rooms are sound proof, you could still hear street noise. The airco in the room was quite noisy too. After visiting the castle, we found out that guests of this hotel get a discount. Staff hadn't told us at check in.

The staff especially at the reception desk were very polite and helpful. Very big room and bathroom, which makes the stay very comfortable.

The location in Trento was perfect, very close to the mountains and the historic center. Enjoyed staying in the standard room with a computer in the lobby. - the staff was helpful and attentive.

The breakfast was poor for the price, and the service was aldo poor. The service at breakfast was bad, and the employee was not simpathetic at all.

In the triple room, you've got a safe to keep your stuff secure, air conditioning to stay cool, and a mini-fridge for snacks and drinks. They let you check in early, and the service here was spot-on during my whole stay! 🌟

The rooms here are practical and a good size, with a spacious bathroom and air conditioning. 😊 Plus, all the staff are super attentive and get things done efficiently.

Hotel is very central, less than 10-min by foot from the train station. Rooms in the back to the courtyard are very quiet. Bathrooms are very modern and roomy. The rooms also have a/C. There is a nice little cafe next door if not having breakfast in the hotel. Staff was polite and helpful. Very clean. Late checkout (noon), they let me keep my bags there until my departure later that evening.
